Saat ini PT Tulus Asih Group yang beralamat lengkap di Jl. Dewi Sartika No.11, Kec. Tukmudal Sumber Cirebon membuka kembali lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi sebagai :

• Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements :

1. At least Bachelor’s Degree Psychology/Managment (S1) and 2 year of working experience in relate fields
2. Experience with job portal (Jobstreet, Linkedin, or talent sourcing platform)
3. Understanding end-to-end recruitment cycle
4. Have knowledge about Human Capital Management
5. Fast learning, proactive, able to work as a team and good communication skill
6. Good Integrity, Good Personality and Communicatives

Core Task :

1. Create and develop Job Roles and Job Descriptions, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles in every positions are clearly described
2. Handle candidates, employee database, and relations
3. Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using Job Portal or Email
4. Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
5. Complete phone interviewsand documents candidates responses, effectively screening in our out of the recruitment process based on position requirements
6. Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
