Tulus Asih Group cabang Cirebon saat ini membuka kesempatan lowongan kerja di Cirebon dan sekitarnya dengan posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut:

• Div. Head Property

Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor’s Degree Architecture/Civil Engineering (S1)
2. 5 years of working experience in contruction management roles, preferably in real estate/property developer
3. Knowledge of business processes and functions (sales & marketing, finance, procurement, operations, Legal etc.)
4. Basic understanding of building law and administrative (design, permitting and construction of large-scale projects) Capable to make and running the time scales and monitoring
5. Able to make and control budget calculation
6. Willing to be place in Cirebon

Core Task:

1. Work closely with the construction and marketing management team to ensure all quality, program and cost parameters are achieved
2. Developmenent of project acquisition and strategies
3. Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones of the projects
4. Participate in the design process of new projects by providing budget, schedule and constructability input
5. Track progress of each project against quality, cost, and delivery goals

• Div. Head of Retail Group

Kualifikasi:

1. At least Bachelor Degree (S1) from Any Major
2. 5 years of working experience in the related field
3. Knowledge of business processes and functions (sales & marketing, finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
4. Strong negotiation skills with a scalable approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders
5. Have outstanding influence, leadership and management skills

Core Task:

1. Develop the annual business strategic planning and financial plan
2. Supervise the department to review operations reports and resolve operational issues to ensure minimum costs and to meet future growth
3. Oversee design concepts development with fundamental new technologies for new or existing products
4. Manage manufacturing or outsourcing requirements to meet the supply target
5. Review the monthly financial statement analysis and budget achievement for decision making
6. Willing to be placed in Cirebon

• Legal & Permit

Job desk:

1. Mensupport dan megelola dokumen perusahaan khususnya yang berhubungan dengan legalitas tanah (Sertifikat, AJB, dll)
2. Monitor progress untuk izin-izin berhubung dengan pembangunan proyek baru
3. Menguasai pembuatan, mereview sera monitoring validitas perjanjian sewa menyewa dan perjanjian kerja sama kontrak lainnya
4. Mereview dan monitor kelancaran PPJB, AJB, akad untuk penjualan properti
5. Memberi legal advice yang terbaik untuk perusahaan pada saat negosiasi dengan client
6. Menyusun strategi dan melakukan langkah legal untuk kepentingan perusahaan

Kualifikasi:

1. Laki-laki
2. Usia maksimal 30 tahun
3. Pendidikan minimal 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
4. Pernah bekerja sebagai legal support di bidang properti/real estate atau kantor notaris
5. Menguasai perizinan, OSS izin lokasi, alur legalitas (sertifikat)
6. Mengerti pajak (BPHTB, PHH, PBB)
7. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan bersedia kerja lapangan
8. Inisiatif tinggi, tekun, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan

• Digital Marketing (SPV)

Kualifikasi:

1. At least 2 years experience in marketing or related fields
2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills (both in English Indonesia)
3. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
4. In-depth understanding of setting up and managing Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and email marketing campaigns
5. Knowledge in WordPress/Woo-commerce and SEO
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
7. Video production experience is a plus
