• PERSONAL ASISTANT

Requirements:

1. Age requirement 20-27 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
4. Fluent in written and verbal English
5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
7. A high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
8. Flexible working time arrangement, with the ability to adjust work schedule to meet the CEO’s needs and maintain availability during key hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
2. Handles a wide range of tasks • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.
3. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment for the CEO, including filing, record keeping, and expense management.
4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.

• Warehouse Keeper

Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming and outgoing warehouse stock
2. Responsible for all assets in the warehouse
3. Organize the goods received into
4. each storage
5. Carrying out QC and ensuring the goods received comply with quality standards
6. Carry out stock taking records

Requirements:

1. Male/Female
2. Maximum age 27 years
3. Have experience in the field (minimum 2 years)
4. Can carry out loading and unloading activities
5. Thorough, honest and responsible, minimum high school/vocational education
