• PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
2. Handles a wide range of tasks
3. Conduct research and gather
4. information as needed to support the CEO’s decision-making processes. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment for the CEO, including filing, record keeping, and expense management.
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalis

Requirements:

1. Age requirement 20 – 27 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple
4. priorities simultaneously
5. Fluent in written and verbal English
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
