  • TEACHER

Qualifications:

  1. Degree-level / Diploma qualifications, preferably in Teaching/Education/EarlyChildhood/Studies/English/English Literature or Linguistics.
  2. Fresh graduates with a relevant field of study will also be considered.
  3. An enthusiasm for teaching young children.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. The ability to work well with co-teachers, and Learning Centre Management.
  6. The ability to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (any field)
  2. Candidate should have a minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Fresh graduates with a relevant field of study will also be considered.
  4. Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education centres, Sales, Customer Service.
  5. Must love children.
  6. Ability to manage stress and handle difficult situations at all times.
  7. Candidate should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels and must be customer oriented.
  8. Good English speaking skills.
  9. Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficient.
  • CENTRE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the administration, operations and management of the Learning Centre.
  2. Responsible for the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre.
  3. Decision making with good business sense.
  4. Proper delegation of tasks to staff.
  5. Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.
  6. Maintain a clean and conducive to learning environment.
  7. Ensure safety and care for students.
  8. Schedule classes and timetable.
  9. Attend, respond and manage customer enquiries and requests.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
  11. Manage expectations of parents and students.
  12. Front desk and administrative duties.
  13. Responsible for maintaining professional standards of the Learning Centre as determined by HQ.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (any field).
  2. Candidate should have a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory/managerial position.
  3. Fresh graduates with a relevant field of study will also be considered.
  4. Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education centres, Sales, Customer Service. Must love children.
  5. Ability to manage stress and handle difficult situations at all times.
  6. Candidate should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels and must be customer oriented.
  7. Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.
  8. Good English speaking skills.
  9. Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficient.
