Skill & Experiences:
- Has experience at the same position for minimum of 1 (one) year. (1-10)
- Strong leadership and a good team player. (1-4,7,8)
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader. (1&2)
- High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance. (2-6)
- High level of customer service. (1)
- Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus. (2-7)
- Adequate education on position applied preferably. (1-10)
- Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage. (1,7,9,10)
- Strong in revenue driven. (1&2)
