1. A Minimum 2 yaer Experiences and track record at the same position (1-6,11-14)
2. Aminimum 1 yaer Experiences and track record at the same position (7-10)
3. Stong Analystical with cost & expenses focus (6-8,12-14)
4. Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage (1-8)
5. Adequate education on position apply/preferably (1-14)
6. Strong Communication skills and poven leadership (1-3)
7. Dinamic Personality proactive and hand-on leader (1-3,6,11-14)
