Skill & Experiences:
- Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years.
- Strong leadership and a good team player.
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader.
- High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance.
- High level of customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus.
- Adequate education on position applied preferably.
- Leader in kitchen area background will be an advantage
- Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage.
- Strong in revenue driven.
