Skill & Experiences:
- Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years (No.1-3)
- Has a strong skills & knowledge in selling technique, negotiation skill, market research & market analytics (No.3)
- Has a greet focus on revenue (No.1-3)
- Strong analytical skills with revenue, cost and expenses (No.1-3)
- Knows and implements HACCP in this day to day operations (No.1)
- Strong leadership and a good team player (No.1-3)
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader (No.1-3)
- Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage. (No.1-3)
- Adequate education on position applied preferably (No.1-3)
