EF English First opening job :

• SENIOR TEACHING MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop the center’s teachers in their professional abilities and duties accordingly.
2. Conducting professional duties and any course of study assigned.
3. Communicate clearly and effectively with teachers to reduce confusion in regards to teachers’ duties.
4. Ensure all required paperwork and reports are submitted by the assigned due date and time.
5. Encourage and motivate the center’s teachers in their daily tasks.
6. Maintain center’s ongoing supply-demand gap ratio and development in cooperation with Center Director.

Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 (Preferably Majoring in English)
2. Having minimum 5 years experience in education, preferably have been in managerial position.
3. Strong English proficiency
4. Demonstrates a strong Interest in developing Teachers’ skill-set and well-being
5. Having TOEFL IBT/IELTS certificate is preferred.

• FULL TIME ENGLISH TEACHER

Requirements:

1. Excellent English proficiency (Min. of CEFR B2 level)
2. Bachelors / Masters degree (preferably majoring in Education/English Literature)
3. Fresh graduates are welcome
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Able to work in a team

Job Descriptions:

1. Teach kids and teens (3-18 years old)
2. Plan and deliver the highest quality of lessons
3. Participate in marketing and off-site events
4. Conduct placement tests
5. Monitor students’ development and ensure that they have the best EF experience possible
