- FULL TIME ENGLISH TEACHER
Job Descriptions:
- Teach kids and teens (3-18 years old)
- Plan and deliver the highest quality of lessons
- Participate in marketing and off-site events
- Conduct placement tests
- Monitor students’ development and ensure that they have the best EF experience possible
- Well prepared in facing the administration work
- Supporting the center events
Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency (Min. of CEFR B2 level)
- Bachelors degree (preferably majoring in Education/English Literature)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office Package
- PROGRESS ADVISOR
Job Descriptions:
- Manage courses’ schedule and progress
- Communicate among course teachers, parents, and kids to track the teaching quality and study results, keep a solid relationship with all customers, and achieve the renewal target
- Achieve the targets of retention, referral, and customer satisfaction
- Handle the complaints and suggestions
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company when needed
Reqruitments:
- Male/Female; has to able to communicate in English (min Passive)
- D3/S1
- 1 Years’ experience is preffered (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Has ability to work in an team
- High motivated, detail oriented, well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Target Oriented
