PT. Jui Shin Indonesia cabang Cirebon saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk divisi staff kantor yang akan ditempatkan diposisi sebagai:

• Administration Staff (Cirebon, West Java)”

Responsibilities:

1. Checking and archiving documents and administrative needs
2. Record Delivery Note (DN) Delivery Order (DO)
3. Keeping the stock book in an orderly manner
4. Recording operational team absences and warehouse financial transactions (petty cash).
5. Make administrative reports every month

Qualifications

1. Minimum Education Diploma 3 from any major
2. Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position
3. Understand the flow of administration
4. Able to operate Microsoft Office (specifically Ms. Excel)
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Placement in Cirebon, West Java
7. Can Join ASAP
