- Senior Quality Control (Based in Cirebon)
Responsibilities :
- Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually
- Prepare products for customer presentations
- Prepare products and material samples for compliancy testing
- Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
- Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards
- Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives
- Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
- Communicate clearly with suppliers without conflict
- Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products
Qualifications for Senior Quality Control Inspector:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- At least 5 years in senior quality control position
- Understanding of testing and compliancy standards for US, UK and EU
- Proven experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry is a must
- Proficiency in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards
- Good knowledge about industry products and processes
- Basic mathematical arithmetic
- Excellent oral and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
