• QA & QC Head

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Chemical), Food Technology/Nutrition / Dietetics
2. Required Skill(s): Analytical, Knowledge about Food Hygiene, GHP, QMS, ISO 22000:2018, & SJPH
3. Excellent to operate computer (MS Excel etc), and having knowledge to arrange and organize data into dashboards, Statistical Process Control (SPC).
4. Having good leadership skills, able to manage and direct team.
5. Understanding calibration programs, laboratory instrument maintenance, and laboratory testing activities
6. Knowing the regulations related to AMDK production
7. Able to work independently as an individual or in a team.
8. Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
9. Having Experience as specialist of Quality FMCG min 2 year.

Job Descriptions:

1. Process standardization
2. Control and identify quality deviations and root cause analysis
3. Ensure laboratory testing equipment is functioning properly and accurately
4. Ensuring compliance with regulations
5. Manage tasks with Corrective Action and Prevention for the part related to product returns and complain & Corrective Action & Prevention for the part related to the findings of the internal audit, external: customer, ISO, SNI, and Halal.
6. Help FSTL to coordinate the audit from external (ISO, SNI, Halal, BPOM).
7. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of quality management systems and food security
8. Monitoring, reviewing, and conducting performance Quality Systems & Compliance unit.
9. Have expertise in Quality Management System (QMS) Statistical Process
