Saat ini PT Tah Sung Hung membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk beberapa posisi. Kesempatan ini terbuka bagi lulusan D3, S1, fresh graduate, hingga kandidat yang sudah memiliki pengalaman kerja.

Berikut daftar posisi yang sedang dibutuhkan :

1. LEAN IMPROVEMENT STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering-related majors.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence is preferred.
• Understanding of Lean Principles and Waste Elimination, knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).

2. BUSINESS EXPORT STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in any major.
• Experienced in the same field minimum 1 year.
• Good understanding of export documentation and shipping processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communications skills.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.

3. PLANNING STAFF – PLANNER

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Preferred experience in PPIC or PPC (Production Planning and Control), or experience in the footwear industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skill.
• Comfortable with data analysis.
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

4. TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in academic or professional projects related to sensors, automation systems, robotics, or machine development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good project coordination and project management capabilities.
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).

5. PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Engineering is preferred).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.

6. QUALITY – TRAINING & AUDIT STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Good communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong documentation and administrative skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

7. DEVELOPMENT TEAM – DEVELOPER

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry.
• Proven working experience as a product developer or in a related field.
• Creative & innovative thinking skills.
• Familiar handling project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

8. PRODUCTION LEADER (CUTTING/SEWING/ASSEMBLY)

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan SMA/SMK/S1 semua jurusan.
• Berpengalaman sebagai leader produksi minimal 2 tahun.
• Memiliki kemampuan dan kepemimpinan.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Teliti dan memiliki manajemen yang baik.
• Berorientasi pada perencanaan dan pencapaian target.
