Job Description :

1. Manage and develop HRM System
2. Do the best format & strategy of recruitment and orientation
3. Evaluate the level of employee satisfavtion
4. Plan the implementation of training and evaluation
5. Manage and control HRM Budget
6. Responsible for employee performance appraisal

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree all major
2. Min. 10 years experience for shoe manufacturing company
3. Having experience at HRM (Recruitment, Organization Development, Payroll, Training and Labor Management)
4. Ready to placement in Brebes
5. Placement : Brebes, Jawa Tengah

• HR RECRUITMENT STAFF

Job Description :

1. Fullfilment man power all areas
2. Sourcing candidates
3. Handle recruitment process all level
4. Updating candidates database
5. Have ability to recruitment hiring process
6. Have ability end to end recruitment process

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree of Psychology
2. Fresh graduate or experience are welcome
3. Have ability intruction psychological test, scoring and interview
4. Have good operate Ms. Office especialy Ms. Excel
5. Good in communication and assertive
6. Ready to placement in Brebes
7. Placement : Brebes, Jawa Tengah

• TEAM MEMBER (Operator Produksi)

Kualifikasi:

1. Usia minimal 18 tahun
2. Pendidikan minimal SMP/Sederajat
3. Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim
4. Mengutamakan kualitas pada setiap proses kerja
5. Memiliki fleksibiltas tinggi dalam bekerja
6. Memiliki pengalaman jahit lebih disukai
