• Team Leader Production

Requirements

1. Experience in shoes factory (sewing, preparation-cutting & assembly)
2. Minimum a year experience as a production Team Leader
3. Have good communication and leadership skills
4. Ready to work under pressure Supervisor Production

Requirements

• General Manager Officer

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree of any major
2. Preferred have experience in related field
3. Fluent in English both oral & written
4. Good capability in relationship
5. Excellent management skill • Professionalism & direction

Jobdesc

1. Assist BOD
2. Administrating document, controling monthly budget department & reporting tax PPH
3. Arrange business trip itinerary (domestic & overseas)
4. Assisting business trip from China factory
5. Processing attendance data and calculation benefit
6. Processing expatriate contract, compensation and calculation severance payment for expatriates

• Manufacturing Engineering Staff

Requirements:

1. Candidates must posses bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (Fresh graduate are welcome)
2. Good command in English
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Able to manage confidential data well . Familiar with report
5. Willingness to learn and highly motivated

Jobdesc :

1. Communicate for model which will be conducted for commercialization
2. Create and share trial schedule to related departments
3. Conduct internal and external trial preparation
4. Engineering self audit on the system
5. Create corrective action plan if there is any issues or feedback
6. Create minute of meeting and share to related department

• IT Staff

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree of Engineering Informatics
2. Good communication and interpersonal
3. Excellent knowledge in hardware and network
4. Fast learner
5. Agile, highly motivated and willing to work in Majalengka

Jobdesc :

1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issue
2. Maintain daily performance of computer system
3. Install, modify and repair PC hardware and software
4. Create weekly workplan
5. Execute and improvement
6. IT routine support

• ERP Functional Staff

Requirements

1. Candidates must posses bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering / Information System
2. Minimum 2 years experience as ERP staff (Fresh graduate are welcome)
3. Expert in SQL, Analysist Data, Linux and familiar with php/java/c#Phyton
4. Good communication
5. Fluent in English both oral & written (if can speak mandarin is a plus)

Jobdesc :

1. Support to ERP application by phone / remote / onsite
2. Monitoring the transaction data quality for each areas and SOP running well
3. Find the improvement and make sure business are run according to FPM
4. Create weekly activity planning
5. Weekly report to specialist of functional

• Chemical Engineering Staff

Requirements :

1. Candidates must posses bachelor degree in Chemical
2. Engineering / Chemistry / Biochemistry
3. Good command in English
4. Computer literate . Good analysis skill
5. Willing to work in Majalengka
