- COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SPECIALIST
Compensation & Benefits (COMBEN) Specialist have to implement Health & Safety (K3) at work. COMBEN Specialist has responsibily to supervise COMBEN team, organize time attendance management such as working hour, overtime hour & absenteeism to be processed in Payroll, provide report analysis to support management monitoring performance & indisciplinary, responsible as labor auditee (area attendance, working hour, and COMBEN) & processing employee’s benefits & allowances using HRIS.
Qualifications:
- Able to prioritize Health & Safety (K3) at work
- Bachelor Degree from All Major
- Has experience in Compensation &
- Benefits Specialist at least 2 years
- Strong understanding about Labor Local Law
- Has leadership and supervisory skill
- Has analytical thinking and
- meticolousness in work
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Intermediate) and HRIS
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth
