Requirements:

1. Female, maximum age of 28 years
2. Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1)
3. Good appearance with proportional body weight
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. . Confident, honest, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
6. Creative, innovative, and eager to learn
7. Passionate about teaching and people development
8. Proficient in makeup skills
9. Able to drive and possess at least a Class C driving license
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
11. Willing to be placed in Area Sales Office Cirebon

Job Description:

1. Implementing and evaluating training programs to enhance the capability and knowledge of Beauty Advisor.
2. Implementing and controlling beauty expertise quality implementation.
3. Monitoring and controlling integrated shopper experience execution
