Currently PT. Natuzz Ohme Singapore is looking for employee candidates to be placed as:
- Assistant Merchandiser
Qualifications required:
- Male are preferred
- Maximum Age 30 Years
- Minimum Education D3 / S1
- Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in furniture industry, Fresh Graduate Welcome
- Mastering Microsoft office excel, word, Powerpoint
- Fluency in English both of oral and written
- Good communication skills
- Ready to work with pressure
- Cooperative, proactive, able to work in a team
- Meticulous, Dexterous, Detailed, Organized
- Personal Assistant (PA) for Director
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Directors and internal / external stakeholder
- Screen and direct phone call and distribute correspondence.
- Collate and distribute email
- Prepare communication such as memos, email, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Maximum Age 30 Years
- Minimum Education D3 / S1
- Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in the same field, Fresh Graduate Welcome
- Knowledge of office management system and procedures
- MS office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Have driver’s license A
- You will always uphold a professional attitude
