• Production Supervisor

Requirement:

1. Male
2. Minimum 28 – 35 years old
3. Bachelor degree in any field (relatable degree is preferred)
4. Good ability on communication skill for verbal and written
5. Can work together as a team
6. Willing to work under pressure and shift
7. Placement in Cirebon and Kuningan, West Java

Responsibilty:

1. Responsible for managing the production schedule
2. Responsible for the process of ensuring the conformity of the production process with the existing standard requirements
3. Ensure that communication is well maintained in the communication book between shifts and follow up according to previous directions
4. Responsible for the process of preparing production work reports and ensuring that production realization is carried out in accordance with existing standard requirements

• Cultivation Assistant Manager

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Department of Agriculture
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Farm Company)
3. Preferably specialized in Agriculture or equivalent
4. Maximum 30 – 45 years old
5. Mastering Microsoft Office
6. Willing to be placed in Cirebon or other area
7. Have good leadership, communication and coordination skills especially with farmers
8. Hardworking, Honest, and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

1. Able to get an area that matches the criteria desired by the company to be used as plantation / agricultural land
2. Able to give the right decision regarding the exact conditions of the surveyed location to be used as plantation land
3. Able to negotiate contracts that are mutually beneficial to both parties
4. The plantation land that has been used is capable of producing raw materials that meet the criteria desired by the company
5. There are no deviations made by the land owners, land cultivators at the time of planting or when the harvest arrives

• Operator Produksi

1. Perempuan
2. Usia 18-35 tahun
3. Pendidikan SMP/Mts/SMA/Ma/SMK
4. Bersedia bekerja shift
5. Tinggi min. 155cm, berat badan maks 65kg
6. Tidak minus dan berkacamata
7. Tidak buta warna dan tidak bertato
