• Customer Experience Officer

Recruitments:

1. Minimum high school / diploma degree in any field
2. Minimum 1-3 year experience in related field ( preferrably from e-commerce/ customer service/ customer experience)
3. Ability to stay clean when customers are stressed or upset
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Comfortable to influence people and make a good relation to them

Job description :

1. Reaching out customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and profesional attitude toward customers at all times
3. Responding promptly itu customer inquiries
4. Communicating with customers through various channels
5. Acknowledging resolving customer complaints
6. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
7. Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions
8. Chatting record of customer interaction, transaction, comment and complaint
9. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
