Elements Venture is a Dutch family-owned furniture manufacturer based in Cirebon, Indonesia, producing furniture and home
decoration for over 30 years. With our own production facilities, we control every stage of the process — product development,
production, lead times, and quality — for a portfolio built around natural rattan, teak wood, iron, terracotta, and synthetic rattan.
We work with renowned international interior brands across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, offering both our expanding white-label collection and fully customized product development for long-term partners. Our factory in Cirebon employs around 50 people and exports via Tanjung Priok (Jakarta) and Tanjung Emas (Semarang).

Lowongan kerja PT Elements Venture International

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of client relationships for our export
business — managing communication with international clients on new orders, ongoing production updates, issue resolution, and
export documentation. This is a client-facing role that sits at the center of our business, coordinating closely with our Production,
Development, and Logistics teams to ensure every order is delivered on time and to specification.

1. Account Manager – Export Furniture Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international (export) clients, managing the full order lifecycle from
• quotation through delivery
• Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PFI), order confirmations, and related export documentation
• Communicate proactively with clients on order status, production timelines, and any issues that arise during manufacturing
• Coordinate internally with Production, PPIC, Development, and Logistics teams to ensure client requirements and deadlines are
• met
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and in a timely manner
• Support new business development with existing and prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and account history

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager within the export
• furniture manufacturing industry are essential requirements for this role.
• Strong understanding of export processes, international shipping/logistics terms, and order documentation (PFI, packing lists,
• etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under deadline pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cirebon, West Java
