• RECRUITMENT & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Qualifications:

1. Male
2. Maximum 30 years old
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Psycholgy, Human Resource Management or any discipline of education and people management.
4. Have experience in related position minimum 1 years (Manufacture).
5. Ability to lead, recruitment process, training.
6. Able to collect, Analyst, and Review Training Performance on a daily and monthly basis.
7. Excel in conceiving, organizing, and executing development training projects.
8. Great Character, Good Communicator, and Interpersonal skills.
9. Strong Integrity, Initiative, and Executor.
10. Proficient in English (both Oral and Written).
11. Placement in Cirebon

• QC/QA STAFF

Qualifications:

1. Male or Female
2. Max. 27 years old
3. Min. Diploma’s in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, and Mechatronics) or equivalent
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Quality Control/Assurance (QC/QA) of automotive or wiring harness industry
5. Attentive to detail and able to work accurately
6. Fluent in English, both written and speaking
7. Placement in Cirebon

• ENGINEERING STAFF

Qualifications:

1. Male or Female
2. Max 27 years old
3. Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics/Electromechanical, and Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
5. Required Skill(s): Ms. Office, AutoCad 2D & 3D, PLC, Microcontroller, Machining and Electrical
6. Fluent in English, both written and speaking
7. Placement in Cirebon
