- Quality Control Supervisor (Plant Majalengka)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production process across preparatory, packing, and outgoing stages.
- Ensure the implementation of HACCP and GMP standards in the working area is conducted according to established procedures.
- Provide solutions to production issues, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze and evaluate the skills and performance of QC personnel and provide relevant training.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Supervisor in the food industry (F&B) or FMCG.
- Proficient in Quality Control methods and techniques (7 QC tools, Sampling, CAPA).
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC, and halal assurance in the food industry.
- Familiar with product quality standards (SNI, Codex, export standards).
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
- HR Operations Manager (Plant Majalengka)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Human Resources department.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including recruitments, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
- Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies.
- Promoting corporate values and drive culture.
- Become the centre point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc.
- Ensure the organization permits are in place.
Requirements:
- 8 years’ experiences in end-to-end generalist Human Resources.
- Experiences working alongside business leaders.
- Experience in Manufacture or FMCG will be more preferred.
- Strong people skills and passionate about people to drive culture.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Digital savvy and familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management system.

- Data Analyst Senior Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting statistical analysis and creating visualizations to present data insights.
- Generating regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with teams to understand their data needs and providing support for data-related questions.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business, or a similar discipline).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable way.
- Brand Activation Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage brand & communication campaign.
- Managing events and partnership activity.
- Handle budget for brand activation and digital.
- Liaising with key media partners.
- Handle and optimize national SPG and SPB performance.
- Execute and evaluate the consumer promo program.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): event management, branding & campaign, partnership, exhibition and event management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (FMCG company).
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle production issues and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
