Currently, CSA is seeking professional and experienced individuals to join us in the following positions:
- WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound delivery schedules, ensuring on-time performance
- Analyze and monitor warehouse KPIs and delivery performance metrics
- Lead and develop warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety standards
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to support seamless supply chain processes
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and warehouse systems
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory warehouse or logistics role
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with delivery performance monitoring and continuous improvement practices
