- Trade Marketing Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- Implement Trade Marketing program policies to achieve sales growth targets
- Manage promotional events effectively and in accordance with the area’s characteristics
- Conduct product user trials targeting the appropriate market segment
- Provide training to the team to build a competent and competitive workforce
- Monitor product displays at outlets to ensure they meet established standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
- At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the FMCG industry
- Can drive a car and holds a valid SIM A (Driver’s License)
- Experience with Modern Trade (MT) & General Trade (GT)
- Hands-on experience in organizing sales promotion activities
- Places: Cirebon, Banjarmasin, Yogyakarta
