Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry & Cake Baker to join our team at Belanda Bakery in Cirebon. As a Pastry & Cake Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, chocolats and other sweet treats. If you have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats according to recipes and production schedules
• Decorate cakes and pastries to high standards
• Develop and test new recipes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pastry baker or in a similar role
• Diploma in Pastry Arts or related field (optional)
• Food safety certification
• Excellent baking and decorating skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Living in Cirebon
• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
