PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di industri sepatu dan alas kaki. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jl. Pemuda No. 35A, Desa Jagapura, Kecamatan Kersana, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah 52264.

Saat ini PT Tah Sung Hung membuka beberapa kesempatan kerja untuk posisi di bidang digital creation, pattern development, hingga technical upper.

Posisi yang tersedia cukup beragam dan beberapa di antaranya terbuka untuk fresh graduate.

1. DEV – DIGITAL CREATIONS SUPERVISOR

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in footwear, fashion, or product design.
• Proficient in Rhinoceros (Rhino); Blender is a plus.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Able to create accurate 3D shoe models based on samples or technical requirements.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to coordinate team activities and provide training to new team members.

2. DEV – DIGITAL CREATION STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree or Vocational High School.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering or product design.
• Proficient in Blender or Rhino.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Willing to collaborate with the team.

3. DEVELOPMENT – PATTERN MASTER

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational High School in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in footwear pattern making or a related field.
• Familiar with pattern development, grading, and pattern review processes.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

4. DEV – PATTERN MASTER ASSISTANT

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational High School in any major.
• Freshgraduates are welcome.
• Familiar with Jevero/Crispin software.
• Skilled in pattern making and grading.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

5. DEV – TECHNICAL PATTERN JEVERO

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational High School in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with Jevero/Crispin operations.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

6. TECHNICAL UPPER

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum SMA/S1 in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of shoe upper stitching processes.
• Familiar with quality standards production.
• Responsible, disciplined and good communications skills.
