1. LOCAL LEADER

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; Engineering/Manufacturing-related majors are preferred, including Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in manufacturing or leadership activities is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Manufacturing & Production and a willingness to develop a career in this field.
• Demonstrates leadership potential, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
