- HR Admin Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize HR documents, employee files, and other administrative records.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and overtime data accurately.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, contracts, and other related documentation.
- Provide administrative support in employee relations and labor compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in HR/administration is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, detail-oriented, and accurate in data handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Responsible, disciplined, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
