- Merchandiser
Job Description Merchandiser :
- Keep a proper record and filing
- Safeguards all information about customers, suppliers, orders and development
- Handling customer on all the communication
- Lead and educate assistant merchandiser closely
- Make sure invoice and packing list to buyer and divisions in correct detail
- Assist merchandiser manager/assistant director/director upon request
- Actively seek and identify potential new customers
- Take charge of trade fair and exhibition activities
- Specified the right supplier to work for right development from customer
- Prepare and manage price lists from both suppliers and buyers.
- Update scorecard for monthly report by the 28th of the month
- Help in any ad hoc assignment
Qualifications required:
- Male or Female
- Maximum age of 35 years
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the furniture industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Available for work-related travel
- Cooperative, proactive, and a team player
- Meticulous, dexterous, detail-oriented, and well-organized
