YiPin Teochew Beef Hotpot is currently recruiting for the following positions:
- MANAGER RESTAURANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer
- satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
- To develop and implement promotional activities and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
- Good leader, very good interpersonal skill, proactive and initiative.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salary 5-6jt
