Findora Internusa has been proudly manufacturing and exporting high quality rattan and natural fiber products since 1994. We have secured its own raw material supplies in Kalimantan (Borneo), mainly for small-diameter rattan, and on Sulawesi Island, mainly for large-diameter species of rattan.
PT Findora Internusa is opening job vacancies for the following positions:
- INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Job Description :
- Analyze and optimize the furniture production/manufacturing process to be more efficient
and cost-effective. - Plan factory layout and effective workflow.
- Identify potential waste of raw materials and working time and provide improvement solutions.
- Develop standard working methods (Standard Operating Procedures/SOP).
- Measure production cycle time using the time/motion study method.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Monitor raw material usage and propose reductions in production waste.
Qualification :
- Male or Female, with minimum age 18.
- Minimum education is Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering,
- Mechanical Engineering and/or Manufacturing related.
- Experienced in Manufacturing Industry/Furniture Industry/related field.
- Knowing LEAN manufacturing is a plus.
- Experienced in procurement, purchasing, inventory control and logistics.
- Active English language skills are preferred.
