Qualification:

1. Male
2. Maximum 27 y.o with relevant Bachelor degree
3. Min 1 years exp. as learning & development staff or trainer
4. Excellent interpersonal skill & knowledge in learning & development
5. Motivated, result oriented with acute attention to detail
6. Experience in creating and delivering a variety of learning strategies and Solutions
7. Experience in training need analysis (TNA) & learning management system (LMS)
8. Willing to be located in Cirebon
