Verse Hotels is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and lead a high-performing team. If you are organized, proactive, and committed to excellence, we’d love to meet you!
- Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train, guide, and lead housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Tourism or Hospitality-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Technical Skills: Experience with VHP System is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to manage staff, solve problems, and maintain high service standards.
- Attention to Detail: High standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
