- PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER
- GUIDANCE & COUNSELING TEACHER (BK)
- LIBRARIAN
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a relevant background (Pendidikan / PGSD / BK / Psikologi / Ilmu Perpustakaan).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a school teacher / librarian. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of child development and primary education curriculum (1 & 2).
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development (2).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills (3).
- Proficiency in using library management systems (3).
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- A good team player, hard worker, high initiative and creative.
- Computer literate.
- Well-groomed.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the lesson plan for teaching and learning program.
- Teaching, assessing and evaluating students based on defined assessment methodology (school standard and educational authority).
- Supporting, motivating and encouraging students in all aspects of school activities.
- Maintaining good relationship with parents, staff and other professionals who work with the students.
