- Graduate from a State University or private University with A accreditation
- Minimum GPA: 3.00 for Bachelor’s degree and 3.25 for Master’s degree
- Preferably have a TOEFL Certificate (minimum score: 500) / IELTS Certificate (minimum score: 7) For subject: Science, Mathemathic, English
