Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or diploma degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual skills can be a plus, especially in locations with diverse guests
- Proficiency in using computer software for reservations, check-ins, and guest information management
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems / VHP is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for accurate guest information and billing
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and diplomatically
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the hotel’s dress code
- Familiarity with hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a hotel or hospitality setting, is often preferred
