Currently English First is opening job vacancies for the following positions:

• Course Consultant

The role:
Although the Course Consultant’s role is focused on sales, he/she needs to appreciate the education industry and EF products to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.

What exactly will you be doing?
You will be responsible for providing sales consultations to first-time customers, effectively identifying their needs, introducing appropriate products, and selling EF products to help meet their needs.

1. Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships and get referrals
2. Invite and Consult customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
3. Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target
4. Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
5. Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed

What are the basic requirements?

1. Good level of English
2. D3/S1
3. 1 Years’ experience is preffered (fresh graduates are welcome)
4. Has ability to work in an team
5. High motivated, detail oriented, well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure
6. Target Oriented
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
8. A results-driven person
9. Good emotion and stress control
10. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Marketing Team

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, has to be able to communicate in English (Active)
2. D3/S1
3. Has experienced in Online Marketing or Digital Marketing
4. 1 years experience is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
5. Able to operate Microsoft office, e-mail, and internet
6. Able to work dynamically and initiative
7. Has ability to work in a team
8. High motivated, detail oriented, well organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure
9. Target oriented: leads and event in Center EF Cirebon

• Progress Advisor

Reqruitments:

1. Male/Female; has to able to communicate in English (min Passive)
2. D3/S1
3. 1 Years’ experience is preffered (fresh graduates are welcome)
4. Has ability to work in an team
5. High motivated, detail oriented, well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure
6. Target Oriented

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage courses’ schedule and progress
2. Communicate among course teachers, parents, and kids to track the teaching quality and study results, keep a solid relationship with all customers, and achieve the renewal target
3. Achieve the targets of retention, referral, and customer satisfaction
4. Handle the complaints and suggestions
5. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company when needed
