Job Description :

1. Manage and develop end to end all social media platform (IG, Tiktok, etc)
2. Create design, content, editorial plan, and social media strategy to align with business goals (through competitive research)
3. Analyze social media account performance
4. Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing, digital ads, and social media

Qualification :

1. Social media and digital enthusiast
2. Up to date with current trends (in digital world)
3. Highly creative & understanding of content creator process (concept to execution)
4. Proven competency and knowledge in all social media platforms, tools, performance tracking, campaign, and projects.
5. Excellent written and communication skills
6. Able to operate adobe photoshop, illustrator, canva, or other design softwares.
7. Have the basic techniques of photography, videography and editing,

• Head Of Prouduction

Job Descriptions:

1. Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
2. Ensure that the production is cost effective
3. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
4. Working together with engineer/ maintenance team for the selection and maintenance of equipment
5. Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
6. Review worker performance
7. Identify training needs

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
3. Required Skill(s): Knowledge about ISO 22000:2018 & Halal.
4. Excellent to operate computer (MS Excel etc), and having knowledge to arrange and organize data into dashboards.
5. Having good leadership skills, able to manage and direct team.
6. Able to work independently as an individual or in a team.
7. Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
