- HR – GA Manager
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the mulitinational manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Fluent in English is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation to drive informed decision-making
- Bachlor Degree at Psychology or law or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Be familiar with office software.
- Strong leadership skills and integritty.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the company’s growth and objectives
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Providing strategic HR advice and support to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Fostering a positive, engaging work culture and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultual teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Continuously improving HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Leading HR and GA team to achieve company and department goals.
- Conduct effctive communication and maintain relation with related local goverment.
- Finance & Accounting Manager
Qualifications :
- Have min 5 + years of working experiences as Supervisor or Manager in Finance and/or Accounting, especially in manufacture.
- Excellent computer proficiency Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel.
- Experience working within a general ledger system (ERP is a plus) and full cycle of the closing process
- Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
- Experience in handling complex cash flow management , Meticulous, highly organized and good analytical skills
- Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities of the Finance and Accounting Department.
- Perform a full spectrum of Finance accounting functions , including preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss and reporting packages and managing the internal review for these documents.
- Support completion of company goals , statutory audit, tax filings and other compliance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with other functional teams to support business strategies and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures
- Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues.
- Monitor financial and accounting process, issue identification and resolution.
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
- Perform continuous assessment of the close process.
- Provide effective procedures for Financial and Accounting departments.
- Awareness of internal control will be an advantage.
- PPIC Staff
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) , All majors are welcome to apply.
- Having experience in working as PPIC is preferable.
- Smart, able to work in fast-pace, and good interpersonal skill.
- Strong analyse and willing to grow.
- Strict attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, having manage and leadership skills.
- Having SIM A is preferable.
- Be familiar with office software especially Microsoft excel and related software for PPIC.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze production schedules and customer order to generate material requirement .
- Communicate material forecast and order to supplier in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of material data and manage inventory to designated target (e.g., lead time, current stock, safety stock, inventory turnover, Days on Hand)
- Revise or adjust material demand when there is any order change from the customers in order to prepare, fulfill material as revised production plan
- Monitor stock level of materials to meet company target and avoid shortage
- Responsible for rolling in material for engineering change of parts based on customers/internal requirements with minimum exposure
- Control & review MRP parameter setup under company guidance
- Follow up shipment delivery with suppliers as delivery plan, and work together with Logistics and Import team to monitor imported shipment progress
- Identify potential shortage and expedite accordingly, including coordinate with other section to review order fluctuation
- Avoid premium freight to achieve company target
- Lead regular cycle counting (Stock take) and inventory reconciliation activities
- Make material regular report as requested by manager
- Admin R&D

- Manage all data in R&D Department.
- Providing accurate data to all departments.
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure that all products made following Buyer’s specifications.
- Monitoring stock of raw materials and inventory of R&D department.
- Reporting status and monitoring deadlines of samples production.
