Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Management, Accounting, Law, Psychology Have 1 year experience as HR Officer
2. Able to operate Microsoft Office
3. Able to speak English (Daily Conversation)
4. Proactive, logical, and good communication skills
5. Willing to be placed in feedmill farm (Indramayu West Java)

Job Description:

1. Manage end-to-end payroll process for monthly and daily farm employees.
2. Handle PKWT contracts and HR documents for the Site Office.
3. Prepare and manage daily and monthly payroll reports, including pay slips.
4. Address employee inquiries and complaints regarding payroll.
5. Manage HR document reimbursements.
