Dazzle Union is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to manage client accounts and ensure successful project execution across various channels. Candidates must be comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Account Executive (WFH/Full Time/Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Execute cross-channel integration to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Support administrative and reporting tasks for end-to-end project execution
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing communication or creative agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a remote team
