  • Customer Support

Job Description:

  1. Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/email
  2. Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
  3. Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
  4. Collaborate with internal team to handle complaints and other inquiries

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Support or related fields.
  2. Fresh graduates from all majors are also welcomed to apply
  3. Experience in handling user inquiries and complaints through live chat is a plus
  4. People-oriented, proactive, and communicative
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Good personality
