Graduated from D I/D III hotel school FB Departement.
Independent & have good leadership skill.
Some experience & creativity in planing program for hotel staff.
Maximum 35 years old.
2. HRD Manager.
Bachelor?s Degree (Especially Graduated with Pyschology Major / S.Psi).
At least 2 years hotel experience on similar position.
Able to analyze the competency of employees.
Have strong knowledge of recruitment process, manpower, regulation, training and organizational development, highly motivation, enthusiastic.
Have good English communication?s skill.
Computer literate.
Maximum 40 years old.
