- Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationship with team and customers
- Have strong creativity & knowledge in mocktail and coffee
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the team performance
- Understand and able to implementation
- Standart Operations Procedure (SOP) to achieve cost efficiency
- Have a good knowledge on POS, Inventory, & Parstock system
- HEAD CHEF
Qualifications:
- Male/Female min. 28 years old Experience in related position min. 3 years
- Well groom, discipline and responsible
- Excellent communication skills and able to build strong team
- Have strong creativity & skills in Western and Asian Cuisine
- Have a good attitude and able work under pressure
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct and evaluate team performance
- Understand and able to implementation Standart Operations Procedure (SOP), Quality Control (QC), and Cost Control
- Have a good knowledge in work-in process system, inventory, and parstock system
