• Customer Service

Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer support and feedback
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
3. Assist customers with product selection, ordering, shipping, and returns
4. Continuously improve customer service by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices
5. Keep up-to-date with product inventory and availability, as well as shipping and delivery times Requirements:
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills – Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Knowledge of furniture and home decor is a plus – Fluent in English
8. Flexible working hours
9. Proficient in Microsoft
10. Strong adaptability and willingness to learn

• Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Research on market trend
2. Manage company catalog
3. Make product descriptions (copywriting)
4. Develop company marketing and image building strategies
5. Develop company’s online presence and SEO to ensure maximum visibility and sales potential
6. Work with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and complaints related to furniture products
7. Collaborate with the web development team to improve site functionality and user experience, including product search, filtering, and sorting capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Background in merchandising/marketing.
2. Strong understanding of online merchandising and e-commerce
3. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
4. Experience working with web development and content management system (CMS)
5. Fluent in English
6. Proficient in Microsoft and google analytics
