  • Assistant Marketing Manager

Description of job duties:

  1. Assist marketing Manager in day – to – day activities
  2. Develop, track scan monitor marketing Project timeline
  3. Prepare marketing budget, track marketing spending and rol
  4. Translate raw sales data into executable Insight for marketing team
  5. Contributed to the overall marketing strategy by gathering information regarding the last consumer Trends
  6. Liaise with other department when needed
  7. Proficients in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PPT
  8. Having experience in FMCG is a plus
  9. Experience in sales and distribution is a plus


  1. Male / famale ( preferred)
  2. Bachelor degree S1 / Diploma D3 with extensive experience (all major)
  3. Having experience in staff of marketing Department End specialised of projects activity min 2 years

Hard skill / technical skill recruitment:

  1. Microsoft Office
  2. Google suite
  3. Familiar with data Processing (pivot)
  4. Easier to create some presentation
  5. PowerPoint suite
  6. Familiar with secretary job desk

Soft skill / Character recruitment:

  1. Problem solving
  2. Teamwork
  3. Fast learner
  4. Self starter and strong motivation
