- ASSISTANT
Responsilities:
- Manage the schedule of the superior, including daily, weekly and monthly schedules
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Arrange the superior’s travel, including booking tickets and accommodation
- Handle the superior’s correspondence
- Prepare reports, and other important documents
- Organize and plan meetings
- Assist the superior with personal tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent Mandarin
- Able to read documents in Mandarin
- Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Highly organized and able to multitask,
- Dynamic and target-oriented,
